All Scintiller jewellery is crafted from surgical-grade 316L stainless steel, plated with 18K gold. We use only nickel-free, hypoallergenic materials — safe for sensitive skin.
Select pieces feature genuine gemstones including cubic zirconia, natural crystals, or freshwater pearls, all set by hand.
Yes. Our surgical steel base resists corrosion and the 18K gold plating is applied at a thickness that performs well with everyday water exposure — showers, hand washing, even swimming in fresh water.
We do recommend removing jewellery in saltwater, chlorinated pools, and hot tubs as these are more aggressive environments that can accelerate any plating over time.
No — and this is one of the things we're most proud of. Unlike brass or copper-based jewellery, our stainless steel base will never turn your skin green, even with daily wear.
The gold plating is designed for longevity. With normal care, you can expect it to maintain its appearance for 1–2 years of daily wear, and longer with occasional wear.
We have a detailed ring size guide that covers three methods: using a ring you already own, measuring your finger with string, and using a printable sizer. Indian standard sizes (1–30) and international conversions (US, UK, EU) are all covered.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for wider band styles.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (3–4 business days) is available at checkout for most pincodes.
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days with standard shipping. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
We ship to all pincodes across India via our courier partners. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
International shipping is currently not available. We're working on it — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch globally.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track in real time. You can also log in to your Scintiller account and view order status under "My Orders".

You have a 2-hour window after placing an order to request modifications or cancellations. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.
To request a cancellation within the window, contact us immediately via WhatsApp for the fastest response. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — but you can initiate a return after receiving the order.
Yes! Every Scintiller order ships in our signature jewellery box with a satin pouch and care card — gift-ready by default. At checkout, you can also add a personalised gift message (printed on a card included in the box) at no extra charge.
For premium gift wrapping with ribbon, select the "Gift Wrap" add-on at checkout for ₹49.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unused items in their original packaging. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we cover return shipping at no cost to you.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects — things like clasps breaking under normal use, stones coming loose from their settings, or premature plating issues that happen without exposure to chemicals or physical damage.

Yes. Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, including showers. The surgical steel core won't rust and the 18K gold plating performs well with regular water exposure.
We recommend rinsing with clean water after exposure to soap or shampoo and patting dry — just good general practice for keeping any jewellery looking its best.
For routine maintenance, wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing.
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with gemstones (especially opals and pearls), and never use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive cloths. Full guidance is on our Care Guide page.
Store each piece separately in the included satin pouch or a soft-lined jewellery box to prevent scratching. Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures.
For chains, store flat or loosely coiled — never tangled with other pieces. For rings, a tray with individual slots is ideal.
Yes. We use hypoallergenic, nickel-free surgical-grade 316L stainless steel. This is the same material used in medical implants and is safe for virtually all skin types, including those with metal sensitivities.
