All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Scintiller does not store your full payment card details.
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@scintiller.in. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and the returns policy applies.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Scintiller is not responsible for delays caused by our logistics partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to your specified address. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any damage or discrepancy.
Our returns and refund policies are governed by our dedicated Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
In summary, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Personalised or custom jewellery is non-returnable unless defective.
